CHEF DE PARTIE
If you are already working in the industry and require a more challenging roll then this is the job for you. Learning all aspects of the kitchen under direction of the Head Chef

COMMIS CHEF
Would suite a person at college or someone wishing to start a career in thecatering industry.

Both positions require a desire/passion to work with the freshest seasonal ingredients.
All dishes created from scratch on weekly changing menus.
Bread Baking, Canapés, All dishes cooked to order, All desserts made on the premises.
Will consider part time candidates.
Must have own transport.
